  1. Monday-Friday between 0900 and 1700 excluding bank holidays for the receipt of post, packages, and/or visitors. Provided on a best-endeavours basis and subject to fair use.
  2. Tenants are expected to provide their own food and beverages.
  3. VDSL “Fibre” internet offering up to 70Mbps down and 18Mbps up with automated failover to a second connection. Bandwidth is shared between tenants and is subject to fair use and traffic management or throttling.
  4. Each tenant will be provided with a private Wi-Fi network officering WiFi 6 connectivity and private ethernet ports supporting up to 10Gbps to their office space.
  5. Bespoke IT services are subject to agreement with Willsley Limited who manage the Spillers House networks. Private internet connectivity is additionally subject to taking on a private contract between the tenant and a telecoms provider.
  6. VoIP telephony can be provided as a managed service at extra cost. Analogue (POTS) phone lines are NOT available to be ordered at Spillers House.
